School-Based Management
To promote
educational excellence, the Rodgers Forge School
Based Management Team composed of community
representatives, parents, and staff, completes a yearly
strategic plan, called the School Improvement Plan.
The goals for our school reflect the instructional needs
of our students and are focused on achievement.
School Improvement Goals

By
June 2007, 4th grade
students at the advanced level on the reading MSA
will increase from 58.6 to 60 percent and 3rd
grade from 32.1 to 50 percent.

By
June 2007, grade 3 GT students at the advanced level
on the MSA reading will increase from 48 to 100
percent.

By
June 2007, 3rd grade students at the advanced level
on the MSA math will increase from 44.9 to 60%, 4th
grade from 69 to 80 percent and 5th grade
from 40.7 to 60 percent.

By
June 2007, 3rd and 5th grade
FARMS students at or above the proficient level on
the MSA reading and math will increase from 80 to
100 percent.
